How is your courage today?

Hello... how is your courage today?

I have to smile as I think of that question - a question the pastor of my church often asks our congregation. It's a question worth pondering.

Do you ever have difficulty finding courage to face the day? Do you ever feel overwhelmed? Overworked? Stressed out? Frustrated? Unorganized? I know I do! Life is crazy-busy in this world of ours!
We all know that stress kills, and we need to stop and smell the roses, right? With so many responsibilities and so much work piling up around our ears, how on Earth do we even have time to find any roses let alone smell them?!?!

On his Web site,
http://bit.ly/GI41kZ, Ken Davis reminds us of some simple steps we can take to be more organized - to improve our focus and "renew our courage" - steps to help clear our cluttered minds and lend order to our physical worlds in the process. Following these basic guidelines can put us on the path to holistic wellness! If we're honest with ourselves, there's probably not one single tip on this brilliant man's list that is new to us. We often know what we should do, but we have to be purposeful about following through with our tasks. Sometimes the most simple things can jump start significant lifestyle changes. So do yourself a favor; read through the suggestions this well-known comedian offers on his site, and be purposeful about putting his reminders into practice.

In addition, hold on to God's promises when life's "demons" attack, whatever those demons are for you. It's possible this fast-paced merry-go-round of life isn't spinning too fast for you. Maybe you don't have difficulty being organized and productive. Chances are, there is something that tests your courage from time-to-time though. Whatever challenges you might face in life, always remember to trust them to God because He can give you strength. "Be strong. Take courage. Don't be intimidated. Don't give them a second thought because God, your God, is striding ahead of you. He's right there with you. He won't let you down; he won't leave you"

So tell me... ho
w is your courage today?

May God bless you richly...
